These Terms of Service govern your use of Bobo’s Wellness websites, services, and purchases from Bobo’s Wellness LLC (“Bobo’s Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, using our services, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to make a purchase through our website.

Bobo’s Wellness sells pet wellness products, including dietary supplements for dogs.

Information provided on our website, product packaging, emails, or other materials is provided for general informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a veterinarian regarding questions about your dog’s health, medical conditions, medications, allergies, pregnancy, nursing, or the suitability of a supplement.

Products should be used according to the directions and warnings provided on the product label.

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, unauthorized resale, or other misuse.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices and promotions may change from time to time.

The price displayed at checkout when an order is submitted is the applicable price for that order, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Promotional offers may be subject to stated dates, eligibility requirements, or other conditions.

Former-price, compare-at, sale, or percentage-off claims are used only when supported by the applicable pricing and promotion information in effect at the time.

Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy.

Bobo’s Wellness currently ships within the United States only.

Additional shipping restrictions, delivery information, and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy.

Returns, refunds, damaged orders, and our 90-day satisfaction guarantee are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

If you are not satisfied with a covered Bobo’s Wellness product, you may request a refund of the purchase price you paid for that product in accordance with the terms of our Return and Refund Policy.

If you choose Subscribe & Save, your subscription automatically renews according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout until cancelled.

Available subscription frequencies may include every 1 month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.

The first subscription order may receive a promotional subscription discount, with a different recurring subscription discount applying to later orders, as clearly disclosed before purchase.

The exact first-order charge, recurring charge, delivery frequency, and other subscription terms are shown before you complete your purchase.

Existing subscriptions are not automatically repriced solely because the regular catalog price or a later promotional price changes.

If you cancel a subscription and later create a new subscription, the new subscription is based on the eligible product price and subscription terms available at the time of the new signup.

There is no minimum number of recurring orders required and no cancellation fee.

Subscriptions may be cancelled after the initial order.

Available subscription-management options may include pausing, resuming, or skipping an upcoming order through the subscription management portal.

Cancelling a subscription does not automatically cancel or refund an order that has already been processed.

Subscription billing, cancellation, and management are also governed by the Purchase Options / Subscription Cancellation Policy presented through our website and checkout.

By selecting a subscription option and completing checkout, you agree to the recurring charges and automatic-renewal terms clearly disclosed before purchase.

Recurring charges continue according to the selected frequency until the subscription is cancelled.

You may manage or cancel a subscription online through the Bobo’s Wellness subscription management portal.

The Bobo’s Wellness name, logos, product names, designs, graphics, photographs, text, website content, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to Bobo’s Wellness LLC and may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit our protected materials without our prior written permission.

You may not use our website or services to:

- violate applicable law;
- engage in fraud or deceptive activity;
- interfere with the security or operation of our website;
- introduce malicious code;
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
- collect information about others without authorization; or
- misuse our website, products, or services for unlawful purposes.

Our website and commerce systems rely on third-party service providers, including Shopify and other providers that support ecommerce, subscriptions, hosting, communications, databases, security, and related services.

Your use of certain third-party services may also be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services that we do not control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Except for any express guarantees or rights that cannot legally be excluded, we do not make warranties beyond those expressly stated by Bobo’s Wellness.

Nothing in this section limits any express satisfaction guarantee, refund right, or consumer protection that we specifically provide or that cannot legally be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bobo’s Wellness LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or products.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to Bobo’s Wellness for the order giving rise to that claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive, restrict, or eliminate any mandatory consumer-protection right that applies to you and cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

If any provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you, that mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The updated version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.

Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your state or jurisdiction apply and cannot lawfully be waived or limited.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Purchase Options / Subscription Cancellation Policy, constitute the applicable terms governing your use of our services and purchases from Bobo’s Wellness.
