Our 90-day satisfaction guarantee.
If Joint Support is not right for your dog, ask for a refund within 90 days of delivery and we refund the purchase price you paid for that jar.

How it works.
Email us within 90 days of delivery
Write to hello@boboswellness.com within 90 days of the original delivery date and include your order number.
We verify the purchase
We may ask for the information we reasonably need to locate and verify your order.
The refund goes to your original payment method
Once the purchase is verified we issue the refund. Your bank or payment provider may take a few more days to post it.
What to expect.
- You usually keep the jar
- Joint Support is a consumable, so we usually do not ask you to send it back. If we do need a return, we send instructions first; please do not return anything before contacting us. A requested return never costs you more than the refund you are entitled to.
- Each jar is covered once
- The guarantee covers purchases made from Bobo's Wellness at boboswellness.com, and covers each jar once. It does not cover fraudulent, abusive or duplicate claims.
- Shipping
- Standard U.S. shipping is free, so there is nothing to refund for it. If you chose expedited shipping, that charge is not refunded after the order has shipped, except where the law requires otherwise.
- Subscription orders
- An order that has already been processed is handled under the same policy. To change, pause, skip or cancel future orders, use Manage subscription before the next order is processed; cancelling does not refund an order that has already shipped.
- Damaged, incorrect or missing orders
- These are handled separately from the guarantee: contact hello@boboswellness.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where it helps, photos, and we work out a replacement or refund with you.
