Subscription Policy
Bobo’s Wellness subscriptions automatically renew according to the delivery frequency selected at checkout: every 1 month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.
Subscribers receive 15% off their first subscription order and 5% off recurring orders beginning with the second order.
You may cancel your subscription at any time after your initial order has been placed. There is no cancellation fee and no minimum number of recurring orders required.
You may also pause, resume, or skip an upcoming subscription order through the Bobo’s Wellness subscription management portal.
To avoid being charged for an upcoming recurring order, cancellation or other subscription changes must be completed before that order is processed. Cancelling a subscription does not cancel or refund an order that has already been processed. Any refund or return for an order that has already been processed is subject to our Return and Refund Policy.
Existing subscriptions are not automatically repriced when the regular product price changes. If you cancel and later start a new subscription, the new subscription will be based on the product price available at the time of the new signup.
